Zsite — operated by ZedAI Tech, Mangalore, Karnataka, India — is a subscription software service (an online store builder). This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for your Zsite subscription.
1 Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@zedai.tech or on WhatsApp.
- When you cancel, your store stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. It is not renewed after that.
- There is no cancellation fee.
2 Refunds
Subscription fees are charged in advance for the chosen period. Because the service is delivered continuously and access is provided immediately, paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including the one-time Lifetime plan, except where required by law.
Charged in error? If you were billed by mistake — for example a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled — contact us within 7 days of the transaction and we will review it fairly and refund any genuine error.
3 How Refunds Are Processed
- Approved refunds are made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
- We will confirm by email or WhatsApp once a refund has been initiated.
4 Customer Orders on Your Store
This policy covers your Zsite subscription only. Orders that your customers place on your own store are between you and your customer; refunds for those are set and handled by you, the merchant, under your own store policy.
